Norway Cup is a meeting place for children and youths from all over the world, and our vision is to be "the world's largest and most important venue for the joy of sport and friendship". Specific terms for teams

General Terms and Conditions

1 - Registration
Registration will only be validated upon receipt of the duly completed registration form accompanied by the corresponding amount, namely a check or bank transfer. The payment deadline will be June 8, 2025 at the latest.

2 - Cancellation:
Any cancellation sent after June 8, 2025 will result in the collection of 100% of the amounts due.
The cancellation of the tournament, caused by an administrative ban due to the COVID-19 crisis, will result in the full refund of the amount collected.

3 - Reserves
The ESSAHB cannot be held responsible in the event of bad weather, or any force majeure event (delay of the tournament, accident, strike, loss of luggage, etc.) during the tournament period.

4 - Price
All our prices are All Taxes Included (TTC).
In the event of an overnight stay with one of our partners, a deposit may be requested from the hosted team, and will be returned upon departure if the accommodation is returned as is.
Not included in the price: Accommodation, catering and drinks excluding reservations paid by the teams, personal consumption expenses.

5 - Supervision
Each group of players will be placed under the responsibility of their supervisor from the club which registered them. He will be present throughout the tournament.

6 - Health
Players are the responsibility of the club which registered them for any health issues. Participating clubs are required to indicate and inform the ESSAHB of any players' health problems (allergies, treatments, medical follow-ups, etc.).
All participants present will be required to respect the health protocol in force at the time of the tournament.

7 - Insurance
Registration ensures that the participating club benefits from Civil Liability insurance taken out by ESSAHB for its activities. Licensees who have chosen the option with their license also have FFHB insurance in the event of an accident in the gym.
In the event of damage to the equipment made available to players, ESSAHB reserves the right to request reimbursement from the clubs, on condition that they cover their Civil Liability insurance.

8 - Modification of these general conditions
ESSAHB reserves the right to modify these general conditions with regard to regulatory developments that may occur between now and the start date of the tournament.

The registration request will be validated after study of the file. Once registration is confirmed, we will ask you to pay the registration fee to validate your place in the tournament.
